Momin Khan Momin holds a unique place among Urdu language poets, and some of his poetry are incomparable. It is said that Momin Khan Momin was a prodigy from a young age and had attained excellence in Arabic, Farsi, medicine, astronomy, and music.

In addition to the ghazal, he also experimented with other forms of poetry and established a solid reputation, including Rabai, Masnavi, and Samit. In one of his famous ghazal “There was once love between us, you may or may not remember”, he says

“Once did exist passion between us

Once there was compassion between us

Once we’re too acquainted with what other sought.

Whether you care recalling or do not…”

Due to the frequent formation and dissolution of political alliances, the current political climate is extremely unstable and unsettling. Recently, the budget was the subject of a public criticism by the foreign minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Prior to it, foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari never publicly criticized but rather praised the government’s international and economic policy. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari took on the role as the current administration’s public face.

What unexpected event led the foreign minister to declare that we would not vote to approve the budget as long as funds for flood victims were not included in it?

The fact that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has donated billions of rupees to the Sindh flood victims, is an appreciable act. But if the readers recall, the flood affected some villages in Punjab and Balochistan as well as Sindh. However, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the amount of aid for the flood victims of Sindh is not less than a breath of fresh air for the flood victims.

More than 3 million people in Pakistan were impacted by the floods of last year. Nearly 80 lakh people became homeless, and over 1700 people perished.

44 lakh acres of crops were destroyed, 13% of medical facilities, and more than two million other structures were also damaged. In addition to the harm to the fundamental infrastructure, more than 840 kilometers of roads and over 440 bridges have also been damaged.

The coalition government must not only remind the parties, but also keep in mind the actual flood victims. On Thursday, Shahbaz Sharif, the prime minister, will travel to France. There should be opportunities to gather more aid for the flood victims.
