BAHAWALPUR: A newly born boy was abducted from Bahawalpur Civil Hospital on Thursday evening.
As per details, A woman, Mansha, resident of Head Rajkan, was admitted to the hospital’s gynecological ward, several days ago. Later, she went undergoing surgery and gave birth to a boy in Civil Hospital Bahawalpur.

In the meantime a woman approached the family, falsely claiming to be very poor, and was searching for financial assistance. The family decided to hire a woman to look after the newly born boy and mother as a servant.
However, the woman took her mother’s newly born boy on Thursday night, by saying she was going to wash him, meanwhile, she managed to flee from the hospital by taking an infant.

When a guard on duty stopped the woman at the hospital’s main entrance, she showed him a CNIC copy of the newly born’s father and claimed that she was the grandmother of the child. On the other hand, Police have filed a case and begun the investigation of the abduction case.
