K-Electric (KE) has announced a scheduled maintenance shutdown affecting various feeders across different parts of the city on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
The planned outages are part of the utility’s routine maintenance program aimed at improving the reliability, safety and efficiency of the power distribution network.
According to the maintenance schedule released by KE, electricity supply will remain suspended in affected areas for periods ranging between seven and ten hours, depending on the feeder.

The shutdowns will commence between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
