Chief Justice of IHC Justice Aamer Farooq heard the petition in which Raja Rizwan Abbasi represented the petitioner, i.e. Islamabad administration’s Assistant Commissioner Abdullah. He prayed that the IHC had ordered Khan not to create law and order problem during his appearance at Judicial Complex, however, the same was not complied with and PTI workers pelted stones, injuring several policemen.
The petitioner prayed that since Imran Khan didn’t comply with the March 17 order of the IHC, he may be summoned and taken to task as per law.
It may be added here that according to prominent journalist Hamid Mir, Assistant Commissioner Abdullah is the one who used police force against journalists inside the premises of Islamabad High Court on Feb 28th, and that no action taken against him yet because he is a political player.
