Indian senior politician Subramanian Swamy has made explosive revelations regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s alleged sex scandal.
According to foreign media, Subramanian Swamy — a former member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and a well-known political figure — has publicly challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi with serious claims. In his recent tweet, he alleged that Modi is being blackmailed by the United States and that it will be difficult for him to escape this American pressure.
Subramanian Swamy disputed Modi’s claim of being a “brahmachari” (a person in Hinduism who renounces physical desires), stating that the reality is different. He alleged that Modi has had affairs with women, whether consensual or otherwise.
Swamy, who has previously been a close associate of Modi, further claimed that American agencies possess compromising images of the Indian Prime Minister, which, according to him, could harm India’s national interests.
He alleged that this blackmail is influencing India’s foreign policy, particularly concerning the Russia-Ukraine conflict and U.S. strategic pressure. Swamy has also criticized Modi’s foreign trips in the past.
His latest tweet has triggered significant uproar in Indian political circles, especially at a time when defense and economic ties between India and the United States are strengthening.
Swamy had earlier accused Hardeep Singh Puri — former Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas — of corruption, including the alleged purchase of an apartment in Geneva in 2022. However, this is the first time he has made an allegation involving a “sex scandal.”
According to a Daily Pakistan report, the BJP has maintained silence so far, and the party has not issued any official response to Swamy’s claims.
It is noteworthy that Subramanian Swamy is a former BJP leader often considered an “internal dissident.”
He has made several significant claims about the Modi government in the past. Swamy has served as a member of parliament six times but was largely sidelined during Modi’s tenure.
