Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan (HACPL) has finally launched its HR-V, which is the first locally assembled crossover SUV.
The company unveiled the VTi and VTi S models of the vehicle. The base variant costs Rs5,999,000, while the premium variant is available for Rs6,199,000 upon launch.
It has two completely-knocked-down (CKD) editions and a completely-built-up (CBU) unit. The two CKD editions are known as the VTi and VTi S, both are with conventional combustion engines. The CBU edition is the hybrid variant of the vehicle and is expected to be made available for purchase at a later date than its aforementioned combustion engine siblings.
The booking price of both variants is Rs. 13 lacs, however the delivery status may differ on the time of bookings.
If you book the car tomorrow, as per company officials, you will get it in November 2022. If you book the car at the end of this or month, the car will be delivered in December 2022.

Power & Transmission
Both HR-V variants are equipped with a 1.5Lnaturally aspirated engine carrying the capacity to produces 121 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. The engine is mated with CVT transmission. Moreover, both variants VTi and VTi-S offer single Econ mode.
Exterior
Talking about the exterior, the front facia of both variants comes with LED Auto headlights with LED DRLs. Black painted front grille is in VTi variant whereas body colored front grille is in VTi-S variant.
Highlighting the side profiles of car, VTi variant offers 2 tone 17″ Alloy Rims (2 Tone) and VTi-S variant comes with grey painted 17″ Alloy Rims.
Interior
Coming inside the cabin, the duo come with different feature. Both vehicles carry 4.2 TFT screen, multimedia steering, smart entry, push start, ambient lights, front console light.
Featuring the contrast, VTi variant offers 9″ multimedia against 9″ android/Apple car play multimedia in VTi-S variant. Climate control in the former is single zone digital whilst the latter comes with dual zone digital. High grade seats are in VTi-S while VTi provides fabric seats.
Furthermore, VTi-S variant offers some additional feature like: wireless charger, rear USB port, auto dimming rear view mirror, sequential turn Signals, LED fog lights come as additional feature.
It is pertinent to mention that grey and red interior is optional in both variants.
Safety Features
Both cars are loaded with safety features including Hill Start Assist (HSA), Hill Descent Control (HDC), Electric Parking Brake, Auto Brake Hold and 4 Airbags.
