The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has invited applications from students of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir for the Government of Oman Undergraduate Scholarship Programme for the academic year 2026-27.
According to the HEC, applicants must possess a valid Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) score to be eligible for the scholarship.
Only Pakistani and AJK candidates who appeared in the USAT on or after June 13, 2025, will be considered eligible.
The commission clarified that no separate USAT examination will be conducted for the Oman scholarship programme, and applicants will be evaluated on the basis of their existing valid test scores.
Interested students are advised to complete the application process before the deadline, as the last date to apply for the Oman Undergraduate Scholarship Programme is July 13, 2026.
