Electricity bill correction of protected consumers banned

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has banned correction of bills of protected consumers.

According to FESCO officials, there is no correction of bill if even one unit is more than 200 units.

Action against the concerned staff for negligence in billing is indicated.

The protected category will be terminated if more units are used even once in six months.

FESCO, tightening billing policy has issued new instructions to staff.  FESCO implementing strict policy regarding the limit of 200 units for protected consumers.
