In Punjab’s Gujranwala district, two daughters set their father on fire after tying him up with ropes.
According to the police, the victim succumbed to his injuries in the hospital after being burned. A case has been registered, and both daughters of the deceased have been arrested.
The police reported that the victim, Ali Akbar, had three marriages and fathered ten children. His first wife had passed away, and he was living in a rented house with his two wives and children.
The police stated that the ages of the victim’s daughters are 16 and 12 years. Both wives of the deceased have also been named in the case along with the two daughters.
In their statement to the police, the arrested sisters revealed that their father was asleep when they tied him up and set him on fire using petrol taken from a motorcycle.
