RAWALPINDI: The chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rashid has once again predicted that the government has no credibility, and it’s “honeymoon” will have to pass through election schedule in the next 100 days.
Taking to Twitter on Monday, he said crucial political begins today as the UAE has taken back its money (from Pakistan’s bank) while Saudi Arabia could extend helping hand due to (the visit of) Army Chief.

Criticizing the policies and size of federal cabinet, Sheikh Rashid said the government had money for 77 ministers and for the purchase of 165 luxury vehicles plus chartered flight, but it had no money to buy flour bags (for the masses).
He said Finance Minister (Ishaq Dar) has hit the panic button and terrified the account holders of foreign currency in Pakistan by claiming that $6 billion held by commercial banks also belonged to the country.
Sheikh Rashid warned that the political and economic instability was also posing threat to provincial harmony and solidarity since no country befriended a poor or indebted entity. “Pakistan is facing threat from within, not from outside, and only fair and free elections can save the country,” he added.
