SAN FRANCISCO: The internet-related services giant Google has revealed that its program ‘Google Earth’ is capable of covering more than 98 percent of the world.
Through Google Earth, the fascinating images can be seen in parts of the world where we may never get a chance to go.
In a report, Google has stated that the distance was as high as 400 times around the world. Google Earth has over 36 million square miles of satellite imagery available for subscribers.

Mostly Google used High Definition (HD) cameras installed on cars for Street View, but the company also supports Street View trackers which gathers photos and videos of those locations where access is very difficult.
That is, in areas where vehicles are not accessible. These trackers are used with the help of boats, sheep, camels and other means.

Google Earth is a geo-browser that accesses satellite and aerial imagery, ocean bathymetry, and other geographic data over the internet to represent the Earth as a three-dimensional globe.
