As per the initial reports garnered, the assault, marked by the explosion of a hand grenade at his home in the provincial capital’s Garden Town area, has left two policemen injured.
Fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported.
Injured police personnel were identified as Muhammad Amir and Khurram Shahzad.
