Food, medicine delivery service for pets allowed in KP amid lockdown

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has allowed food and medicine delivery service for pets during the lockdown across the province.
The Relief department of KP has issued necessary instructions regarding the supply of foods for animals and birds kept at homes by residents. During the delivery, drivers and other employees will have to wear masks and put on gloves. Vehicles used for supply will be sprayed with anti-septic liquid.
While in Lahore, the Punjab government had tightened the lockdown in the provincial metropolis. As per the new order, all the exempted services excluding medical stores, flour, fruit and vegetable shops, petrol pumps, LPG shops, Tandoors, and takeaway/home delivery services from restaurants, will be closed down at 5 pm and then will open at 9 am on Thursday till 5.00 pm. This timing will remain implemented until 7th April.
