KARACHI: Famous actor Shehroz Sabzwari has demanded Prime Minister Imran Khan to make the mention of ‘Khatamun Nabiyyin’ mandatory in Punjab textbooks.
Shahroz Sabzwari posted a message on his Instagram story and shared a message for the prime minister and urged PM Khan to fix the textbooks of Punjab and make the mention of Khattam Un Nabi mandatory.
According to Sabzwari, he is a true supporter of the prime minister but when it comes to matters of religion, there should be no compromise, he asserted.
The issue of ‘Khatamun Nabiyyin’ emerged almost a year ago when a resolution was passed by the National Assembly to mention ‘Khatamun Nabiyyin’ with Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). However, the resolution still awaits implementation.

Recently, Sabswari and his wife Sadaf Kanwal had appeared as guests on a show and finally broke silence on where and how they met, “Actually we got together for awards where we had to perform together. So there we hit it off and became such good friends,” Sabzwari said.
“I’m a very closed-up guy so I have a selected few people whom I love and those are the people I talk to. So with Sadaf, I hit it off but when we came back, people started painting our friendship in a different light so then we both were like…” he laughed, thanking the audience for pitching the potential idea that the duo could be real-life partners.
