ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi telephoned his Turkish counterpart Mevlüt Çavusoglu and offered Pakistan assistance in relief and rescue operation in quake-hit areas of Turkey.
According to details, FM Qureshi expressed grief over the severe earthquake, resulting in a huge loss of life and property.
FM Qureshi conveyed deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences on behalf of President and Prime Minister of Pakistan and the entire Pakistani nation.
He also offered to send rescue teams and experts from Pakistan to take part in the ongoing rescue operation.
The Turkish Foreign Minister expressed his gratitude to the Pakistani leadership and the nation for offering condolences and assistance.
