Saudi Arabia imposes additional charges on Hajj visa

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Arabia imposed additional charges on Hajj visas which will come into effect this year.
As per details, Pakistani pilgrims would now pay 410 Riyal (Rs 16000) as additional charges.  
According to the religious ministry, Saudi Arabia has increased the fee in the account of visa fees and insurance.
Ministry has informed that Pakistani pilgrims will have to pay 300 Riyal as visa fee while 110 Riyal in the account of insurance.
Saudi Arabia has rejected the demand of the religious ministry to end the visa and Insurance fees, sources claimed.
It is pertinent to mention here that the current year Hajj Package has already been reached at 0.5 million.
