KARACHI: The court has accepted the petition of PTI Member of National Assembly and TV host Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s daughter by annulling the decision to conduct the post-mortem of the deceased.
According to the details, the hearing of the petition of Amir Liaquat’s daughter Dua Aamir against the post-mortem of the former member of the National Assembly was held in the local court of Karachi. Additional and District Sessions Judge Sharqi conducted the hearing.
The Additional and District Sessions Judge heard the arguments on the plea of Dua Aamir, daughter of Aamir Liaquat, and later granted the plea and annulled the decision to conduct the post-mortem of Aamir Liaquat.

Earlier, Judicial Magistrate Sharqi had ordered to conduct of the postmortem of Aamir Liaquat Hussain on June 18, which was filed on behalf of a citizen, but Aamir Liaquat’s family members were against this decision.
The heirs of Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s daughter Dua Aamir filed an appeal against the court’s decision to conduct an autopsy. It should be noted that Aamir Liaquat Hussain died at the age of 50 on June 9, but the reasons for his death are not yet clear.
