WASHINGTON: The coronavirus has killed 1,054,604 people worldwide and affected 36,041,783.
The number of healthy people from the coronavirus has reached 271,45,526 and there are 7,841,653 active cases. The United States ranks first among countries infected with the coronavirus, with 215,822 people dying and 7,722,746 being diagnosed with the virus.
India ranks second in the world in terms of corona cases, with 1,454,000 people diagnosed with the coronavirus and 1,591 deaths. Brazil is the third most affected country in the world, with 4,970,953 people affected and 147,571 deaths.
In Russia, more than 1.237 million people have been infected with the coronavirus, bringing the total death toll to 21,663. Colombia is the fifth most affected country by the coronavirus, with 27,017 deaths and more than 869,000 reported cases.

In Peru, more than 832,000 people have been affected, while 32,914 people have lost their lives. More than 865,000 people have been affected in Spain and 32,446 deaths have been reported.
The first death from corona was reported on 11th January 2020 in China and on 9th April, the total death toll from the coronavirus rose to 100,000.
