Ban on students’ politics limits future diplomacy: Fawad

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that the ban on students’ politics amounted to limit future diplomacies.

In his tweet, Fawad Chaudhry said that he fully supported the restoration of student unions as a ban on student unions was an anti-democratic move.

Chaudhry in  a tweet, wrote, “I fully support Restoration of student unions, ban on student unions is anti-democratic.”

I fully support Restoration of students unions, ban on students unions is anti democratic,we can always ensure that students politics must remain violence free and regulations may be introduced for smooth functioning but ban on students politics amounts to limit future politics

He added, “We can always ensure that students politics must remain violence-free and regulations may be introduced for smooth functioning but the ban on students politics amounts to limit future politics.”

Earlier on 27th November, Chaudhry claimed that extension in General Bajwa’s tenure was the unanimous decision of Prime Minister Imran Khan and cabinet members.

Speaking to a private news channel, the federal minister said that the issue was a political, not a legal one.

According to Chaudhry, Pakistan Army is an organized institution that is working under the command of the army chief.
