Zardari admitted in PIMS hospital

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party leader and former President, Asif Ali Zardari admitted to hospital on Tuesday.
According to sources, Mr. Zardari shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) regarding diagnostic and management investigation.

Sources further said that during his visit, the Neuro physician, heart expert and medical expert conducted medical tests after examining him thoroughly. The tests were carried out to monitor former President’s health condition.
Medical reports also revealed that his blood pressure is normal, added sources.

On this occasion, His daughter, Aseefa Bhutto tweeted about the delay in the move.
She wrote, “Months after their own doctors advised, jail authorities have finally moved my father to hospital. Last time they brought him to hospital, they took him back within 2 days despite doctors’ orders! Let’s be clear. This is NOT a concession. This is his basic fundamental right.”
Earlier, Asif Ali Zardari along with Faryal Talpur were summoned by AC-I Judge Muhammad Bashir at Judicial Complex Islamabad.
It is pertinent to mention that Asif Ali Zardari is under judicial custody at the Adiala Jail.
