ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned the hearing of bail plea by former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the Al-Azizia case for four days.
Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Keyani heard the bail plea. The court asked for a complete medical report of Nawaz Sharif.
The petition was filed by Nawaz’s brother Shehbaz Sharif who requested the court to release his elder brother on bail,

Justice Amir Farooq asked the doctor to explain Nawaz’s health in simple words. The doctor said that the former premier’s condition was still critical.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar asked about the nature of Nawaz’s disease that whether it is fatal or not responding to which, the doctors said it could be deadly if proper treatment is ignored.

However, Justice Moshin Akhtar remarked that it was also necessary that the patient was satisfied over the treatment he was being provided.
Subsequently, the court sought medical reports of Nawaz Sharif and adjourned the hearing till 29th October.
Earlier in October, imprisoned Nawaz Sharif was arrested by the NAB regarding the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case and the bureau obtained a 14-day physical remand. The court ordered the bureau to present Nawaz Sharif on 25th October.
