Rangers apprehend 15 suspects in Karachi

KARACHI: The Rangers have apprehended 15 suspects from different areas of the city on Tuesday.

According to sources in Ranger’s departments, the law enforcement agencies conducted raids at Kharadar, Korangi, Mehmoodabad, Metahdar and arrested 15 suspects.

The criminals were involved in street crimes and dacoity cases. The rangers also recovered a huge cache of ammunition from them. The suspects were later handed over to the police for further investigation.

Earlier on 11th October, 22 suspects were arrested by the rangers from different areas of Karachi. The law enforcement agencies conducted raids at the Model colony, Korangi, PIB Colony, Gulshan-e-Maymar and Garden area and arrested 22 suspects.

The Sindh government has also extended the powers of Rangers to another three months.
