KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) failed to carry forward its positive momentum on the second day of the trading week and ended a volatile session on negative note.
The benchmark KSE 100 index closed the week at 43,255.55 after shedding 418.73 points. Tuesday’s session saw the index fluctuating between the high of 43,912.10 and the low of 43,203.68.
The total volume of shares was 296.477 million. Among other indices, the lower bench KMI 30 index lost 702.00 points (0.98%) and closed at 70,607.15 points, while, KSE All Share Index lost 184.45 points and closed at 30,417.30.
