Following the Pahalgam false flag operation, renowned Pakistani actress Rabya Kulsoom has reportedly joined the growing list of Pakistani artists banned in India. Reacting to the development on social media, she commented, “And it had to happen.”
According to reports, Rabya Kulsoom’s social media access was restricted in India on May 5, 2025, following a legal request. The actress noticed the ban and shared her reaction on Instagram.
She posted a screenshot showing the restriction notice, attributing the legal request to a user named “ronandcoco,” which she suggested could be a fake account—potentially used by the Modi government in such cases.
In her Instagram story, she expressed her displeasure with the caption “And it had to happen,” accompanied by an angry emoji, highlighting her concern over the ban.
Recently, Rabya Kulsoom has been involved in several notable projects. She attended the IIFA Awards 2024 in Abu Dhabi, where she shared a playful Instagram reel featuring Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal.
This appearance garnered attention, especially as it coincided with the Hum Awards 2024 in London, which she clarified she did not attend due to not being invited.
In addition to her acting career, Rabya is known for her dance performances, often collaborating with her friend Srha Asghar on their YouTube channel “Danceography Srha X Rabya,” where they post dance videos and tutorials.
