Popular Pakistani stars Mahira Khan, Mishi Khan, Feroze Khan, Amar Khan, Nazish Jahangir, Sami Khan, and many others have strongly condemned the rape of an 11th-grade female student in a Lahore private college belonging to Punjab Group of Colleges and urged justice for the victim girl.
The incident sparked an uproar everywhere, on the Internet, roads, and in the institution also, leading to clashes between students and security personnel that left several students injured on Monday.
This group of colleges belongs to business tycoon and politician Mian Amer Mahmood. People are claiming that the college administration is trying to suppress the issue, while the Punjab government allegedly supporting the administration because of the influence of the owner of the college Mian Amer Mahmood.
Observing the situation, showbiz stars took to their social media handle and expressed condemnation.
Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan posted the video of students protesting during the institution to her Instagram handle and declared the situation: ‘shameful.’

Actress Amar Khan uploaded a video of a student demonstration in which a girl is claiming the college management is threatening them of expelling if they continued demonstration. Adding to the video, Amar stated: “What an absolute shame. Hope both the institute and constitution act promptly.”
