RAWALPINDI: A list containing the names of six individuals seeking to meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has been submitted to the jail authorities.
According to sources, the list of associates seeking a meeting with the PTI founder was submitted to the jail authorities by Chaudhry Owais Younis. The list comprises six names.
The individuals named on the list are Ghulam Farooq Awan, Sohail Gardezi, Ziaullah Khan, Ubaid Kazmi, Farzana Safeer and Asma Raja.
Sources said the list has been received by the jail administration. The final arrangements for the meeting, as well as the required approval, will be processed in accordance with the procedure laid down by the jail authorities.
With the names of those seeking to meet the PTI founder now submitted, further proceedings by the jail administration regarding the proposed meeting are expected.
