Well, soon when the drama grabbed a regular viewership, many social media users claimed that the new drama is a copy. They accused the writer of copying the Bollywood movie Aitraaz, the movie which is also a copy of a Hollywood film titled ‘Closure’.

The Indian film featured Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, and Kareena Kapoor and in the drama ‘Tere Bina Main Nahi’, Sonya Hussyn plays Shahzad Sheikh’s fiance when they broke up and chose their own ways, likewise, in Aitraaz, Priyanka Chopra and Akshay Kumar were shown engaged but had to part ways. In both the ripoffs, the ex-lovers met after years.
