KARACHI: Under the patronage of Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship (organized by the International Jiu-Jitsu Federation) will be launched by the United Arab Emirates from 3 to 11 November at Zayed Sports City.
The Jiu-Jitsu World Championship is slated for November 3-11 followed by the 13th Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship, also known as the World Pro, from November 14-19. Pakistan Jiu-Jitsu top athletes will represent Pakistan in the World Champions Abu Dhabi.
Zulfiqar Ali will be Team Manager/Coach in the event and team players Muhammad Ali Rashid, Dilawar Khan Sunan, Muhammad Yousaf Ali, Muhammad Rohaan Khan, Isra Wasim and Hurmat Mansoor will represent Pakistan in the championship and Tariq Ali will lead the Team as head of Delegates and he will also represent PJJF/Pakistan during World congress 2021 at Abu Dhabi.
Khalil Ahmad Khan, President, Pakistan Ju-Jitsu Federation, expressed hope that our players, as always, would succeed in brightening the name of the country and the nation. He also requested the people of Pakistan to pray for Green Team.
