In a recent sad and shocking incident, a well-known real estate developer named Paras Porwal allegedly died by suicide.
Now there are speculations if he died by suicide or he was killed. Even if he committed suicide then the question remains why?
Paras Porwal
Hailing from Rajasthan, 57-year-old Paras Porwal was a well-known real estate developer, who spent his years working in Mumbai.
During his initial days, Porwal spent his life in Mumbai in a chawl at Ambewadi in Kalachowki and sold imitation jewellery on local trains.
Career as an estate developer
Porwal started his career with minor construction-related work like providing flooring tiles to other developers and later got his first big break from Paras Gundecha at Kalachowki.
This way he got involved in a real estate brokerage project that helped him make inroads into the city’s booming real estate industry.
Politics
Porwal was close to Shiv Sena leader Dagdu Sakpal so this can be the reason that he tried his hand at politics.
In 2004, Porwal fought the Assembly elections from Kalachowki Sewri constituency on a Samajwadi Party (SP) ticket against the Shiv Sena’s Bala Nandgaonkar, who subsequently joined Raj Thackeray’s Maharashtra Navnirman Sena. Porwal lost.

Death
It is said that Paras Porwal allegedly died by suicide after jumping from the 23rd floor of a building in Mumbai today.
He jumped to his death at around 6 am from the balcony of the gym at his residence in Shanti Kamal housing society building near Mumbai’s Chinchpokli railway station.
A passer-by alerted the police following which personnel from the local police station reached to the spot
Why did he kill himself?
A suicide note was later found at his gym in which it was mentioned that nobody was responsible for his death and no inquiry should be made with anyone..
