Meta has officially expanded its wearable technology lineup with the introduction of Meta Glasses, a new range of AI-powered smart eyewear developed in collaboration with EssilorLuxottica.
Priced starting at $299, the collection represents Meta’s most affordable entry into the smart glasses market, aiming to integrate artificial intelligence into everyday life in a stylish and accessible form.
Unlike earlier Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta models, the new series is branded directly under Meta and comes in three distinct designs.
The Meta Adventurer features a classic rectangular frame available in multiple sizes, while the Meta Fury offers a bolder, more expressive style. A third variant, Meta Glasses by Kylie, created in partnership with Kylie Jenner, introduces a slim oval design and marks the celebrity’s debut in wearable tech.

Functionally, Meta Glasses retain core features of previous models, including hands-free photo and video capture, open-ear audio for music and calls, and a built-in microphone array for improved voice clarity and wind noise reduction. Users can also interact with Meta AI through a dedicated button integrated into the frame.
A key highlight is the integration of Meta AI powered by the company’s Muse Spark multimodal model. The glasses introduce advanced visual recognition, real-time translation in 20 languages, including Arabic and Hindi.
