FAISALABAD: A student of Faisalabad Agriculture University was killed by unidentified armed men on Tuesday.
As per details, a young student Ali Haider was shot by unknown persons on Sargodha Road. As a result, he suffered severe bullet injuries. On the way to the hospital he succumbed to his injuries, sources said.
According to sources, the deceased Haider Ali had recently done an M.Phil degree in Plant Pathologist from Agricultural University, Faisalabad.
Based on the victim’s academic credentials, he was nominated for a Ph.D. scholarship at an American university, sources added. According to police sources, efforts have been intensified to arrest the killers.
