Two teenagers have been arrested in Burewala for killing their PUBG buddy in cold blood.
On Monday, police apprehended Luqman and Abdul Rehman for their alleged involvement in the death of their friend, Saqib Hussain, in village 213 EB of Burewala.
Authorities were alerted to the incident upon discovering a body near the canal. Upon investigation, evidence emerged suggesting that Saqib’s companions had escorted him to the canal where he was fatally shot in the head.
The trio had a shared interest in gaming, frequently engaging in PUBG sessions and creating TikTok content together.
It should be noted that a TikTok video recorded shortly before the murder was found by the police.
Both suspects have been taken into custody, and Saqib’s remains have been transferred for forensic examination. Investigators speculate that prolonged exposure to the shooting game PUBG may have had a psychological impact on the perpetrators, contributing to the tragic event.
