LAHORE: TikToker and YouTuber Ali Haiderabadi has challenged his wife’s medical report in the Lahore District Court, terming it false and fabricated.
Ali Haiderabadi filed a petition through his counsel Rana Intizar Hussain, contending that the medical report claiming his wife had sustained a fractured finger is based on a lie.
In the petition, the YouTuber stated that even his wife’s own position is that her finger is not broken, which contradicts the medico-legal report submitted in the case.
He requested the court to order the formation of a new medical board to re-examine his wife’s injury and ascertain the facts.
The petition comes days after a sessions court in Lahore granted interim pre-arrest bail to Ali Haiderabadi until July 14 in a case registered over alleged abuse of his wife.
Additional Sessions Judge had approved the interim bail plea and directed police not to arrest the accused until the next hearing, while ordering him to join the investigation.
It may be recalled that the case was registered by Sundar Police Station in Lahore following allegations that the YouTuber subjected his wife to physical abuse.
