KARACHI: Fresh foreign exchange rates against the Pakistani rupee have been released, with the US dollar trading at Rs278.05 for buying and Rs278.30 for selling in the open market as of 11:26am on September 17, 2026. In the interbank market, the dollar was quoted at Rs277.20 for buying and Rs277.70 for selling.
According to the latest forex rates, the euro is being bought at Rs320.52 and sold at Rs324.53 in the open market, while the British pound is available at Rs374.26 for buying and Rs378.78 for selling.
The Saudi riyal is being bought at Rs73.85 and sold at Rs74.50 in the open market. Meanwhile, the UAE dirham is quoted at Rs75.50 for buying and Rs76.40 for selling.
Interbank Currency Rates
In the interbank market, the US dollar is being bought at Rs277.20 and sold at Rs277.70, while the euro is quoted at Rs319.93 for buying and Rs320.51 for selling.
The British pound stands at Rs373.67 for buying and Rs374.34 for selling, while the Saudi riyal is being bought at Rs73.80 and sold at Rs73.94.
Among other interbank rates, the Australian dollar is quoted at Rs197.49 for buying and Rs197.84 for selling, while the Canadian dollar stands at Rs198.96 for buying and Rs199.32 for selling.
The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs41.31 and sold at Rs41.38, while the Swiss franc is quoted at Rs338.57 for buying and Rs339.18 for selling.
