The reaction came when Islamabad Police registered a case under terrorist act and other clauses for committing ‘vandalism’ at the Judicial Complex Islamabad. PTI Chief Imran Khan and several other leaders were nominated in the FIR, copy of which is available with MM News.
Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry recalled the decision of the seven-judges bench of the Supreme Court, saying that “it is illegal to use the law of terrorism against political opponents, but there has remained no respect for law and rule of law after the establishment of this fascist government which declared those, who came to welcome Imran Khan, as terrorists.”
