KARACHI: Pakistan Press Foundation (PPF) invites applications for the 7th batch of PPF Investigative Reporting Fellowships.
The fellowships facilitate Pakistani journalists to produce investigative reports that meet the professional, ethical and legal standards. The organization will support to media persons, to professionally scrutinize on issues relating to human rights, transparency, environment, inequality, governance and fraud.
The fellowships will cover capacity building workshops, editorial and technical support. After selection, the candidates will work under the administration of a senior journalist as a fellowship editor. Each member will be anticipated to show up to six stories during this fellowship.
The participants at least experience of three years working for print, television, radio and online media could apply for the program. Journalists from Balochistan, KPK, Gilgit and Azad Kashmir would be comfortable for otherwise qualified applicants.
The period of the fellowship is three months and the amount for the fellowship is Rs 60,000. The last date of submission is January 5, 2020, to be considered for the award of the fellowships.
