The prime minister said that in the past no one paid attention to the transport system of Karachi, no modern city is complete without modern means of transportation. There would be a city in the country that runs the whole country. Like London and Tehran, the local government system of Karachi should be independent.
He said that the federation gets more tax from Karachi but in return, Karachi does not get anything and one of the reasons for this is that no attention is paid to the administrative system here.
