ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate a sponsorship scheme for daily wage earners during his visit to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today.
During a day-long visit, the prime minister will chair an important meeting where he will review coronavirus precautionary measures being taken by the KP government.
The prime minister earlier on Thursday visited Quetta to assess the coronavirus situation in Balochistan. He was received by provisional Chief Minister Jam Kamal on arrival in the city. He was accompanied by federal ministers Asad Umar and Zubaida Jalal.
Prime Minister Imran Khan visited coronavirus quarantine center at Bolan Medical College Hospital in Quetta. He was accompanied by Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri and Yar Muhammad Rind.
PM Imran Khan also chaired a meeting in Quetta. He was briefed about the steps taken to contain the spread of the coronavirus in the province.
