ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Quetta on Friday on a day-long visit to review a range of issues in the province.
The prime minister chaired a briefing to review the flood situation, COVID-19 pandemic and development projects in Balochistan.
Chief Minister of Balochistan Jam Kamal briefed the prime minister about the ongoing developmental projects and the law and order situation in the province.
The prime minister appreciated the provincial government and assured full support of federal government for development projects.
Earlier, Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan called on prime minister and discussed the overall situation of the province and development related issues.
Upon arrival, Governor Balochistan Justice retired Amanullah Khan and Chief Minister Balochistan received the Prime Minister.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz, Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umer, Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri and Chairman NDMA Lt. General Muhammad Afzal are also accompanying the Prime Minister.
