ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked Sindh Governor Imran Ismail to coordinate between the Centre and the provincial government to fix the mayhem the rain spells have brought to Karachi.
In a tweet, the prime minister asked National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Chairman, Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal, to go to Karachi immediately.

“I have asked the NDMA Chairman to go to Karachi immediately and start the clean-up in the aftermath of the rain,” PM Imran Khan announced in a premier in a tweet.
The NDMA chief has been directed to start the clean up in the aftermath of the rain. The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rains from today.
Later, the premier ina another tweet wrote, “I have asked the NDMA Chairman to go to Karachi immediately and start the clean up in the aftermath of the rain.”

Multiple people had died due to electrocution during the three days of rain that started on Sunday. Several roads, streets, and homes were flooded with rainwater.
