MADINA MUNAWARA: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday reached Madina Munawara to pay his respects at Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH).
The prime minister was received by Governor of Madina Munawara Prince Faisal bin Salman on his arrival in the Holy City today.

The prime minister was accompanied by his delegation including Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, KP Governor Shah Farman, Senator Faisal Javed and Punjab Minister Abdul Aleem Khan.
Special Assistant to PM on Political Communication Dr Shahbaz Gill and SAPM on Interfaith Harmony Maulana Tahir Ashrafi were also present on the occasion.
The prime minister arrived in the Kingdom Friday on a three-day visit and held delegation-level talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman besides signing multiple agreements and MoUs to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

According to the Foreign Office, the prime minister will meet the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen, Secretary-General of the World Muslim League Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa and the Imams of the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Medina.
He will also perform Umrah in Makkah and pay his respects at the Roza-e-Rasool (Peace be Upon Him) in Madinah. He will interact with the Pakistani diaspora in Jeddah.
Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa is already in the Kingdom and called on Crown Prince and Deputy Defence Minister Prince Khalid Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud in Jeddah.
