Pakistan has announced that it will participate in the T20 World Cup but will not play its scheduled match against India.
The decision was taken during a meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, where an important call regarding Pakistan’s participation in the World Cup was finalised.
Following the meeting, the Government of Pakistan announced that while the national team will take part in the T20 Cricket World Cup, it will not play against India.

The Pakistan–India match in the T20 World Cup is scheduled for 15 February.
