The World Fitness Federation organized Mr Mr. Pakistan Bodybuilding Competition 2022 on March 23 in which bodybuilders from different cities participated in a display of strength and muscle.
Abdul Majeed was crowned the winner and given the title of ‘Mr. Pakistan’. Expressing his delight at winning the coveted title, Majeed said he has been vigorously preparing for the bodybuilding competition for the past six months.
He revealed the last couple of months have been difficult for bodybuilding as you need to maintain a strict diet. “There are no shortcuts to success,” he said.
Talking to MM News, Abdul Majeed advised new bodybuilders that there is no shortcut to become Mr. Pakistan but rather it requires lifelong dedication to make bodybuilding a way of life.
The title of ‘Man Physics’ was won by Muhammad Nabeel of Lahore who expressed his happiness and expressed gratitude for winning the title.
“I would like to thank Allah Almighty for the honour and then my parents. I have been preparing for past seven months and taking care of my diet.” Nabeel said that he worked hard to win the title but the victory has erased his pain.
The World Fitness Federation says more bodybuilders participated last year. It added that the younger generation is rapidly moving towards bodybuilding. There used to be one federation but now there are now three or four and all of them have a large number of bodybuilders, it said.
