No-confidence motion to be tabled by members today against Balochistan CM

QUETTA: An important session of the Balochistan Assembly will be held today in which a no-confidence motion will be tabled by members against Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan.

According to details, the members of the Balochistan Assembly and opposition MPAs will file a no-confidence motion against the Chief Minister with the aim of removing Jam Kamal from his post.

The no-confidence motion against the Chief Minister of Balochistan will be put to a vote three days from today. It may be recalled that earlier a meeting of angry and opposition members of Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) was held at the residence of Speaker Abdul Quddus Bizenjo in which the angry members clarified their majority.

The meeting was held at the residence of Speaker Balochistan Assembly Abdul Quddus Bizenjo and was attended by 36 members of the assembly. After the meeting, the acting president of BAP Zahoor Buledi while addressing a press conference said that a political crisis has been going on in Balochistan for many days now. BAP and its allies submitted a no-confidence motion in the assembly.
