Application Methods
- Overseas Pakistanis can initiate the age modification process through the following channels:
- Pak Identity Mobile App: Submit applications online and receive the updated NICOP at your doorstep.
- NADRA Registration Centers (NRCs): Visit the nearest NRC for in-person assistance.
- Pakistani Embassies or Consulates: Apply through diplomatic missions in your country of residence.

Age Modification Criteria
NADRA permits age adjustments under specific conditions, each requiring particular documentation:
- Unnatural Age Gap with Siblings (Less than 7 Months): A change of up to one year (366 days) is allowed without any supporting documents.
- Age Adjustment up to 1 Year (366 Days): Permitted upon submission of an inland or foreign birth certificate.
- Second-Time Change (Up to 366 Days): Allowed only once, requiring a Pakistani or foreign passport, resident permit, or Matric Certificate.
- Initial Age Modification (Up to 5 Years): Also allowed only once, necessitating one of the following: a Pakistani passport, Matric Certificate, a recent mark sheet (issued within the last three years), or a service book.
