LAHORE: The Lahore High Court will hear a bail plea by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz today in Chaudhry Sugar Mills case.
The Justice Baqir Najfi will hear the PML-N vice president’s bail plea, seeking release in the same case.
Maryam Nawaz to stay with father in hospital, Governor Punjab
During the previous hearing, the court probed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor about the written replies over Maryam Nawaz’s bail plea. To which NAB pleaded court for more time to submit the reply. The court then adjourned the hearing until today.
Maryam is currently in the jail on judicial remand in the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case along with her cousin Yousaf Abbas.

On 8th August, Maryam and her cousin Yousaf Abbas were arrested by the NAB in the same case.
