In the Karachi gold market today, Thursday, June 12, 2025, stability has been observed in gold prices, as reported by national media.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association and other reliable sources, the price of 24-karat pure gold has been recorded at Rs. 354,100 per tola, while 22-karat gold is available at Rs. 324,589 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 21-karat gold is Rs. 309,838, and 18-karat gold is being sold at Rs. 265,575 per tola.
In terms of weight in grams, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold is Rs. 303,590, and the per gram price is approximately Rs. 30,359. Likewise, one ounce of gold is available today at Rs. 860,670.
According to experts, these gold prices are determined daily based on the global value of gold, the exchange rate of the rupee against the dollar, and local supply and demand.
The Karachi gold market is considered the central hub for gold prices across the country, and traders from Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and other cities generally follow the prices set by the Karachi market.
