SRINAGAR: The curfew and communications blockage in Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) continues to remain in place cutting the valley off from the rest of the world for the 116th consecutive day on Thursday.
The Valley of Kashmir and many parts of Jammu region continue to remain isolated from the world as unprecedented military lockdown entered 116th running day in Indian Occupied Kashmir, today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, though uneasy calm and uncertainty prevail in the Valley yet life remains badly affected there as restrictions under Section 144 remain enforced.
Shops and business centers are mostly shut and very few students and people turn up at educational institutions and offices.
Internet gag still persists while prepaid mobile and text messaging services also remain in shutdown mode.
Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan taking to the social networking website Twitter called the world out on their ignorance of the Kashmir issue, on Wednesday.
Shows the fascist mindset of the Indian govt's RSS ideology that has continued the siege of IOJK for over 100 days, subjecting Kashmiris to the worst violation of their human rights while the powerful countries remain silent bec of their trading interests. https://t.co/ESZiaVp563
