Mehwish, Humayun to share screen in 'London Nahi Jaungi'
KARACHI: Mehwish Hayat and Humayun Saeed to share screen once again for Nadeem Baig’s next directorial venture ‘London Nahi Jaungi.’
Talking to media, Baig cleared that his upcoming project is not a sequel to Punjab Nahi Jaungi. He maintained that the genre will be similar of the film.
He said, “It’s a new story with the same cast and a couple of new people in it.”

Nadeem Baig also confirmed that Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat will be sharing screen again. The movie will come out in 2020.
When questioned about his casting priorities, the director said, “Humayun is a brilliant actor and after drama Mere Pas Tum Ho, he has shown a side of his personality which not many people had seen before.”
Baig also revealed that he enjoys making dramas than movies saying, “Storytelling is more fun on TV.”

He also added that, “You have more time and there are more layers to a story you can show [in dramas]. There is no commercial pressure in dramas and you don’t have to bring a box office response and worry about recovering money.”
He has directed many famous dramas including Annie ki ayegi barat, Pyare Afzal and Ladies park.
Nadeem Baig also mentioned that he wants to cast Hamza Ali Abbasi, Fahad Mustafa and Fawad Khan in his next projects.
