ISLAMABAD: The Federal Cabinet meeting under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will be held today in which there will be a discussion on other important national and economic issues including floods across the country.
According to the details, the prime minister will preside over the federal cabinet meeting today during which the flood situation will be reviewed across the country.
In the Federal Cabinet meeting presided over by the prime minister, a decision will be taken regarding the investigation of additional bookings from the Haj quota. The federal cabinet will also discuss issues of mutual interest.
In the federal cabinet meeting, a proposal will be made to increase the prices of 10 medicines. A summary of setting minimum power cost criteria for electric fans will be presented.

During the cabinet meeting, the ratification of the decisions of the Federal Cabinet Committee on Legislation on September 2 and the Committee on Privatization on September 7 is also part of the cabinet meeting agenda.
Apart from this, the decisions of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of September 8 will also be ratified. The prime minister will also consult the Cabinet members on the situation in the country.
